Job Description - Senior Payroll Administrator

Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Admin to join our team in Surrey.

As an Senior Payroll Amdin, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely employee administration and transaction processes using systems where appropriate, to agreed standards and targets. The role holder will create, maintain and process documentation, records and data to agreed procedures and standards.

The rate of pay for this role is £17.50 P/H.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with managers across departments to provide HR support and advice on a range of issues, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and ensure that their HR needs are met

- Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, such as disciplinary and grievance procedures

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee data in compliance with data protection laws

- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with current employment legislation

- Assist with recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, screening applications, and conducting interviews

- Conduct regular HR audits and reports to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

- Proven experience working with HR management systems and maintaining accurate records

- Strong knowledge of current UK employment law and regulations, including GDPR

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and build strong relationships across the organization

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
