Job Title: Senior Payroll Advisor
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days home)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Payroll Advisor to join a leading business, providing expert payroll support, processing, and advisory services to a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and process multiple client payrolls with a strong focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing outstanding support and service.
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships built on trust and reliability.
Proactively identify and report system issues or suggest enhancements to improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

?? Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing or payroll bureau role
?? A strong track record of effectively managing client relationships
?? Exceptional communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
