Senior Payroll Manager

We are partnered with a globally recognised brand who are currently recruiting for a Senior Payroll Manger to join their large & busy payroll function.

Reporting into The Payroll Director, this role will be responsible for three direct reports and the wider payroll team, leading the day to day operations of high volume UK & international payroll.

Responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinate & maintain relationships between third party payroll providers
• Ensure payroll processing functions meet SLA measures
• Lead on continual business evolution through the implementation of best practice models across all EMEA regions
• Provide analytical support to finance & accounting teams
• Oversee RSU and LTIC
• Drive continuous improvement from a payroll perspective

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent EMEA payroll leadership & will have excellent UK payroll knowledge.
