Description

• Compilation of the payrolls for all countries in which the business operates
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all variable pay components (Master Data is the responsibility of the People Team)
• Implementing and maintaining processes and controls to ensure the payroll is accurate
• Managing the relationship with the payroll providers
• Ensure we meet the payroll reporting requirements in each of our payroll jurisdictions
• Reconciliations of pensions and health care contributions monthly between our payroll records and the service providers
• Analytical review of payroll spend on a monthly basis for inclusion in management reporting

Profile

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Previous multi-country payroll experience, in particular US payroll experience
• Experience with starting a payroll in a new geography from scratch
• Experience with analytical review of Payroll outputs
• Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) qualification
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent numeracy skills
