Senior Pensions Administrator

Are you an experienced Pensions professional looking for your next opportunity in Defined Contribution (DC) schemes? We're currently hiring for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join a well-established, supportive team within a leading consultancy.

In this role, you'll act as a technical reference point for colleagues, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality service across a diverse portfolio of clients. Your leadership will help shape best practices and ensure service standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities include:

? Handling complex DC pension administration queries

? Mentoring, training, and quality-checking the work of junior team members

? Supporting project work, including complaint resolution and process improvements

? Collaborating closely with the team to meet performance targets and SLAs

We're looking for someone with:

? Solid experience in occupational Pensions, especially DC schemes

? Strong communication and time management skills

? A passion for quality and mentoring others
