Help shape the people agenda behind the energy transition.
The energy sector is undergoing one of the most significant transformations in its history. At DNV, our Energy Systems business sits at the heart of that transition. Across the UK & Ireland, our industry experts advise governments, regulators, network operators, developers and investors on some of the sector's most complex and strategically important challenges.
Whether enabling the integration of renewable energy, modernising electricity networks, supporting hydrogen development or shaping future energy markets, our specialists provide the independent insight and technical expertise that helps deliver a safer, smarter and more sustainable energy system.
To support our continued journey, we are looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to join our team. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a highly respected professional services business, partnering leaders whose expertise helps solve some of society's most important challenges. The Opportunity:
As a Senior People Partner, you'll work closely with Heads of Department and leadership teams across our UK & Ireland Energy Systems business, providing strategic HR support and trusted advice on a broad range of people and organisational matters.

The role offers a unique blend of strategic partnering and hands-on problem solving. One day you may be advising on organisational change or workforce planning; the next, coaching a leader through a complex employee relations issue or helping shape initiatives that improve engagement, retention and performance.
Based from either our London, Loughborough or Bristol offices, the role enjoys hybrid working but requires regular travel to other UK office locations in support of key stakeholders and team activities.
We value all our people and the contributions they make to our business, so it’s important that our rewards make us all feel valued here. That’s why we offer a flexible reward and benefits package, allowing you to choose the things that matter most to you, including;
