Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Agency - London - c. £55K

I am working with an award-winning digital media agency and they are looking for a data-driven Senior Performance Manager to join the team. If you love solving paid media challenges, driving performance, and working with high-profile clients (including FTSE 100s), this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing (Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail)
• Optimise bidding, structure, copy, keywords, and landing pages
• Develop our paid social offering and grow the channel
• Collaborate on integrated, cross-channel strategies
• Report on KPIs, manage budgets, and spot growth opportunities

What You'll Bring

• Proven PPC and Paid Social experience (agency background preferred)
• Google/Meta Certified (Search/Display/Analytics)
• Strong skills in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking
• Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and handling multiple accounts
• Proactive, organised, and keen to keep learning
