My client, a leading tech driven Insurance Company are looking for a Personal Assistant to support executive partners and the running of the business. You must have experience working within Insurance.
With a rapidly expanding company, we are searching for an energetic and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join our team. Primarily supporting our leadership team but also playing a wider role supporting the whole team as required to enhance the employee experience.
This role would suit someone with previous PA experience looking to work in a role supporting members of the leadership team as well as helping to ensure, along with an office co-ordinator, that the team are getting the support they require.
The Role:
Main Tasks
To provide PA support to members of the leadership team including diary and email management, organising meetings and providing general support as requested
Work closely with the leadership team and other executive support team members to provide a seamless support across the leadership and management team
Organisation of internal and external events for the Company
Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth running of the office
Arrange all travel in accordance with company travel policy, arranging visas where applicable
Work as part of the company support team to greet guests in the office and be a point of contact for incoming queries
