Senior PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using PHP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PHP Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of PHP frameworks, such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Experience with front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing and debugging.
