What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing Professional Indemnity accounts, covering both new business and renewals.
• Handling market presentations, building insurer relationships, and processing membership updates.
• Supporting senior brokers while developing your own commercial expertise.
• Navigating a high-speed work environment, ensuring strict SLAs are met.
• Opportunity to expand into a client-facing role as your skills develop.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of broking experience in Professional Indemnity - non-negotiable.
• A confident PI Broker, comfortable handling accounts and supporting new business.
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an engaging, proactive team.
• Someone who is keen to progress and develop into a more client-facing role over time.
