About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Town Planner to join a respected, planning -led consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high -quality development advice across both the public and private sectors.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (MRTPI or working towards chartership preferred).
  

• At least 3 years’ professional experience in either the public or private sector.
  

• Strong working knowledge of the UK planning system and development management process.
  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and prioritise a varied workload.
  

• A proactive, motivated approach and a genuine interest in contributing to a positive team culture.
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and submitting high -quality planning applications, reports, and appeals.
  

• Providing commercial and strategic planning advice to a broad range of clients.
  

• Coordinating with technical consultants as part of wider project teams.
  

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  

• Representing client interests throughout the planning process and supporting the growth of the regional office.
