The Role

As a Senior Planner, you will work alongside senior colleagues while also taking responsibility for managing your own projects. Responsibilities will include:

• Providing commercial planning advice to a range of clients
  

• Preparing high -quality planning applications, reports and supporting documentation
  

• Managing consultants within wider project teams
  

• Engaging with local planning authorities and key stakeholders
  

• Representing clients’ interests throughout the planning process
  

• Supporting business development and maintaining client relationships
  

• Contributing positively to the continued growth of the Bedford office
  

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a degree in Town Planning or a related subject
  

• Have at least 3 years’ professional planning experience in either the private or public sector
  

• Possess a strong understanding of the UK planning system
  

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

• Have strong organisational and project management abilities
  

• Be motivated, proactive and eager to contribute to a growing team
