The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a collaborative and multi -disciplinary team of planning and development specialists, working across a diverse and high -quality project portfolio.

From day one, you’ll be involved in projects from initial site appraisal through to securing consent and beyond, working closely with clients, colleagues and external consultants to deliver successful outcomes.

There is also the opportunity to be involved in Planning Appeals and Local Plan Examinations, giving you exposure to the full breadth of the planning system.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising on the development potential of land and property
  
• Preparing and supporting planning applications and appeals
  
• Drafting planning reports, representations and policy responses
  
• Undertaking research and providing strategic planning advice
  
• Working closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
  
• Supporting the identification of new land and development opportunities
  
• Playing a role in building client relationships and contributing to future work
  

About You

• Experience in a planning role (consultancy, development or local authority)
  
• Relevant planning qualification
  
• MRTPI (or working towards)
  
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  
• A proactive, driven and team -oriented mindset
