Salary: Up to  £35,000-£36,000

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner who is looking to take the next step in their career, with responsibility for managing a team of four Planners and overseeing the day-to-day planning function, working with a well-established organisation in North London.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and supporting a team of 4 Planners

Overseeing the day-to-day planning and scheduling function

Allocating and prioritising workloads across the team

Ensuring repairs and maintenance jobs are scheduled efficiently

Monitoring workloads and outstanding jobs

Managing operative diaries and appointments

Liaising with operatives, subcontractors, customers and internal teams

Ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timescales

Dealing with escalated queries and resolving issues

Supporting the team with complex planning requirements

Maintaining accurate records and updating systems

Identifying improvements to planning processes

Providing guidance and support to the planning team

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a Planner, Repairs Planner or similar role

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confident managing workloads and prioritising competing demands

Good knowledge of planning systems and Microsoft Office

Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

Proactive approach with strong attention to detail

Confident working as part of a team and supporting colleagues

A willingness to take on management responsibility and develop within the role
