Job Title: Senior Planner (Policy)

About the Role:
As a Senior Planner, you will work on a wide range of exciting projects, including those for landowners, developers, promoters, and the public sector. Your main responsibilities will include completing planning applications, with a particular focus on Local Plan Promotions. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver planning applications across a variety of sectors
• Focus on Local Plan Promotions and related strategic planning work
• Work alongside landowners, developers, promoters, and the public sector
• Provide expert advice on planning policies and procedures

Skills & Qualifications:

• MRTPI qualified or eligible for membership
• Strong experience in planning and policy development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
