Role Overview:

Our well-established client within the drainage industry are looking to onboard a reliable and committed Transport Supervisor to join their already flourishing department!

You will be at the forefront of the business ensuring the vehicles are roadworthy and driver's routes are scheduled in the quickest and most cost effective manner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well renowned company in the drainage industry who offer genuine opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company vehicles are maintained and in line with the service schedule.
• Be in contact with outsourced service providers to ensure vehicles are back on the road as soon as possible.
• File and maintain accurate service records for the company vehicles.
• Manage the drivers schedules to ensure maximum productivity.
• Daily planning of company engineers through inhouse software.
• Liaising with the Operations department on costings and targets.
• Being in contact with customers to book in specific works.
• Adhoc administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Working towards or achieved Transport Management CPC
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Drainage industry experience is preferred.
• Experience with a planning software.
