Senior Planning Consultant

The Role

This role offers a broad mix of project work and the opportunity to take ownership of schemes.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing planning applications across residential and heritage projects
  
• Preparing planning appraisals and development strategies
  
• Working closely with heritage specialists on sensitive schemes
  
• Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders
  
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development
  
• Attending client meetings and advising on planning risk

About You

• MRTPI qualified or working towards Chartership
  
• Experience within consultancy, ideally with exposure to heritage projects
  
• Strong report writing and communication skills
  
• Confident managing projects and client relationships
  
• A proactive and commercially aware approach
