We're partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a large-scale HR Transformation Programme, and we're looking for a talented Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to join the team. In this pivotal role, you'll work directly alongside the Chief People Officer (CPO) to help shape and deliver transformative change across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
?? Act as a trusted advisor and right hand to the CPO
?? Lead multiple HR transformation workstreams
?? Collaborate with senior leadership and business unit leads
?? Drive the delivery of strategic HR initiatives
?? Bring structure, governance, and clear communication to complex change programmes

? Strong HR business transformation experience
? Proven project/programme management skills
? Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
? A consultancy-style mindset: pragmatic, strategic, solution-focused
