About the role:

The Senior PMO Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the PMO Lead by providing guidance and leadership to the IS PMO team. In addition, they are responsible for setting priorities and providing valuable coaching to the team.

Location: Aberdeen , UK

Here’s what the role looks like:

• Senior PMO Analyst supports the PMO Lead in providing direction of the PMO team as well as priority setting and coaching the team .
• Senior PMO Analyst provides support to Project and Programme Managers in adherence to project processes and controls
• Supports the PMO Lead in providing strategic guidance across the PMO and helps maintain and deliver
• Provides and maintains a consistent and standardised approach to Project Delivery utilising the current project framework and processes.
  

Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PMO Analyst with a demonstrated track record of excellence, ideally within an IT environment
• Financial tracking and analysis in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment
• A proven track record of successfully operating within a structured Project Management Framework
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Microsoft Project
• Proven experience of Project Online
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personable and approachable
• Flexible and autonomous approach to work
