The Role

This is vital role for the agency and one that blends campaign strategy and delivery with an added focus on helping the agency continue to grow. It would suit an experienced Account Director who enjoys pitching and hunting for opportunities while also delivering best-in-class creative campaigns. Some knowledge of the Sports and/or Fashion sector will be important here as will a real passion for the sector(s) in general. Responsibilities will include:

• Acting as Strategic lead for multiple client accounts.
• Leading and directing new business pitches
• Establishing and Maintaining the highest quality client relationships
• Effectively managing and mentoring mid-level and junior team members
• Working closely with the Senior Management team on agency direction and growth strategy.
