Senior Practice Lead - Adoption & Change Management

We are looking for a Senior Practice Lead to head up our high\u2011performing Adoption \u0026 Change Management (ACM) consulting practice within Insight\u2019s EMEA Services organisation.\n\nYou will lead a team in shaping our change management offerings, driving profitable growth, and partnering closely with our technical and sales teams. This is a strategic leadership role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to define the next generation of change services across Microsoft Copilot, broader AI, device and workplace transformation, and other platforms such as Google and AWS.\n\nIf you are a proven consulting practice leader with deep organisational change expertise, we would be keen to hear from you.\n\n***This role we are offering is a Hybrid position; you will be expected to come into the office/client visit three times a week as part of your responsibilities. *** \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead and grow a high\u2011performing ACM practice.\n * Provide inspirational leadership to a geographically distributed team.\n * Drive a positive, collaborative culture with a strong focus on performance, enablement, and career development.\n * Conduct regular performance, coaching, and development conversations, ensuring clear objectives and progression paths.\n * Own practice performance and operations\n * Full end\u2011to\u2011end responsibility for the ACM services business, including revenue, gross profit, utilisation, and project outcomes.\n * Ensure effective resource planning and high utilisation while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.\n * Oversee delivery excellence across multiple concurrent client engagements.\n * Shape and evolve our offerings.\n * Build and refine standardised change management offerings, initially focused on Microsoft Copilot adoption and broader Microsoft 365, then expanding to other technologies (e.g., AI, devices, Google Workspace, AWS).\n * Identify market demand and emerging trends, and translate them into scalable, repeatable services.\n * Work closely with architecture, engineering, and other practices to create end\u2011to\u2011end solutions.\n * Drive sales and pre\u2011sales activity.\n * Act as a senior change subject matter expert in client engagements, pitches, and workshops.\n * Partner with sales and pre\u2011sales teams to shape proposals, respond to RFPs and close complex consulting deals.\n * Support and coach consultants in pre\u2011sales conversations to build commercial acumen across the team.\n * Vendor and stakeholder engagement\n * Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key vendors and partners.\n * Collaborate closely with country leaders and EMEA services stakeholders to align strategy and execution.\n * Ensure alignment with Insight\u2019s broader services strategy, processes, and standards.\n\n\n\nSkills \u0026 Experience Required:\n\n * Experience in organisational change management, with a strong focus on technology\u2011enabled change.\n * Proven leadership of a consulting practice or services team, including responsibility for P\u0026L / financial targets, utilisation, and delivery.\n * Experience in a consulting environment.\n * Strong record of pre\u2011sales and client\u2011facing work: shaping solutions, responding to proposals, and presenting at senior stakeholder level.\n * Demonstrable experience leading and developing high\u2011performing teams in a fast\u2011paced, target\u2011driven environment.\n * Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at C\u2011suite level and build trusted relationships.\n * Experience delivering successful projects for demanding clients, with high expectations of quality and outcomes.\n * Strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple complex engagements simultaneously.\n * Prosci certification (or equivalent) in change management.\n * Experience across multiple technology stacks (e.g., Microsoft 365/Copilot, Google Workspace, AWS) and interest in AI, devices, and digital workplace innovation.\n * Background in IT services, systems integrators, or large technology consultancies.\n * Experience working within a globally diverse environment and a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.\n * Familiarity with ITIL or project management methodologies and qualifications.\n\n\n\nAbout Insight: \n\nWe believe that by giving you the freedom to think big and empower you to reach your full potential, together we will achieve the best outcomes.
