PAY RATE: £39,513 -£43,693 (plus market supplement of £5,000 per year £44,513 -£48,693) (Relocation package available)
WORK TYPE: Permanent
WORK PATTERN: Full Time
LOCATION: Herefordshire

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Practitioner will help development of staff and work closely with manager to develop the team and deliver high quality service for the children, young people and families.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Working within the Child Protection Court Team you will thrive bringing your knowledge and experience to these face-paced teams. You will work closely with colleagues from multiple professions to ensure that the voice of the child is always heard

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• You will be fully qualified (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent), with a minimum of 2 years experience in statutory social care
• Confident in managing a complex caseload, with strong report and experience of taking the stand and giving oral evidence you will be dedicated to improving the lives of children and families
