We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, forward-thinking Senior Practitioner to join our Transitions team, based in St Mary’s House, Eastbourne. You must be a Social Worker registered with Social Work England, please include your registration number on your application.
You will work alongside lead practitioners who care as much about individual outcomes as you. Focus on the strengths and resilience of the person ensuring they are in a safe space and with the specialist support in place to ensure their social care needs are met. You will also provide continuous supervision and support to the Social Workers and Resource Officers in the service.
