Pentagon Talent are partnering with a leading international law firm, based in London, to assist them in finding a commercially astute Senior Pricing Analyst. This is a newly created, permanent position within the firm's high-performing finance team, reporting directly into the Head of Commercial Finance & Pricing.

This role offers a rare opportunity to influence pricing strategy at a senior level, working closely with partners, business development, and key stakeholders to drive profitability and support growth.

• Lead pricing support for client proposals, RFPs, and negotiations

• Design and implement commercially viable fee arrangements

• Benchmark pricing and analyse profitability across client groups

• Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing strategy and innovation

• Prepare commercial performance reporting and insights for decision-making

• Deliver pricing and commercial awareness training to fee earners and partners

• At least 5 years' pricing experience in a law firm or professional services environment

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities

• Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders

• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau (desirable)

• Salary up to £80,000

• Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the London office
