Senior Pricing Manager

Senior Pricing Manager sought by a specialist motor insurer. This is a great opportunity for an experienced pricing professional to lead day-to-day pricing operations while managing a team and maintaining strong market relationships. The role combines technical oversight with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities of the Senior Pricing Manager:

• Oversee business-as-usual pricing activity across the portfolio

• Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, supporting development and performance

• Act as the key contact for broker partners, aligning pricing strategy with market trends

• Provide strategic input to support business goals and profitability

Key Experience of the Senior Pricing Manager:

• Strong background in insurance pricing, ideally with management experience

• Ability to lead teams and oversee operational delivery

• Confident working with broker networks and external partners

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
