A leading UK insurer is strengthening its Commercial Lines Pricing leadership, hiring a Senior Pricing Manager to drive modelling sophistication, governance, and team capability at scale. This is a high-impact role with real influence over strategy, data, and delivery, not just BAU pricing.

Fully remote, genuinely flexible, and positioned at the centre of commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive rating and modelling enhancements to improve loss ratios, risk selection and growth.
Lead and develop a high-performing pricing team, embedding best practice and strong governance.
Use internal, external and broker data to strengthen predictive models and pricing outcomes.
Act as the senior pricing SME, translating complex insights into clear commercial decisions.

Deep technical pricing expertise, within Commercial Lines insurance.
Proven leadership experience within advanced pricing or analytics teams.
Strong communicator with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
