Requirements
Budgetary Management:
Demonstrate expertise in managing budgets related to telecom projects and operations.
Develop and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising on the quality and reliability of telecom services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and sales, to align telecom strategies with overall business objectives.
Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure seamless integration of telecom solutions.
Technical Requirements:
Good exposure to Service Now technology tools in a Telecom service provider including CSM, ITOM and TSM.
Establish and enforce protocols for testing, troubleshooting, and resolving telecom-related issues promptly.
Experience in driving large and complex transformation programs in Network service domain
Regulatory Affairs:
Stay informed about regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and industry standards affecting the telecom sector.
Ensure that all telecom operations adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks in telecom operations and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Implement robust disaster recovery and contingency plans to minimize service disruptions.
Technology Integration:
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into existing telecom infrastructure.
Drive initiatives for the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of telecom services.
Customer Satisfaction:
Foster a customer-centric approach in telecom operations, prioritizing customer satisfaction and feedback.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to customer service and address issues proactively.
Performance Analytics:
Utilize data analytics tools to assess and interpret performance metrics.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize network performance, enhance efficiency, and address bottlenecks.
Employee Development:
Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills of the telecom operations team.
