Salary: Competitive, up to £80k (depending on experience)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our established and growing team in Grangemouth, Linlithgow, and Stirling. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned solicitor with substantial experience in private client law to take on a pivotal role within a supportive and dynamic firm. Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on complex private client matters, including wills, trusts, estates, and powers of attorney

Lead and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their legal needs

Mentor and support junior solicitors, assisting with their professional development

Manage the administration of estates, including tax planning, document preparation, and advising clients on complex legal matters

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Manage and oversee client billing and ensure financial targets are met

What We're Looking For:
A very experienced solicitor with a proven track record in private client law, ideally with 5+ years of experience

Strong expertise in dealing with complex matters related to wills, trusts, estates, and powers of attorney

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

A proactive approach to managing your caseload and meeting client demands

Ability to manage and develop junior team members, while fostering a collaborative working environment

Comfort with regular travel to our Grangemouth, Linlithgow, and Stirling offices
