Senior Private Client Solicitor

SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR REQUIRED

They are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their offices in Shropshire.

Their team of talented private client lawyers are proud holders of the Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS) accreditation.

This accreditation demonstrates that they have the expertise to deliver Wills and inheritance advice. They use standardised processes to recognise and reduce risks and they educate clients about what to expect when buying Wills and inheritance advice.

The areas that they currently cover are:

• Will drafting and estate planning.
• Lasting Power of Attorney.
• Protecting your loved ones.
• Guardianship issues.
• Trustees and Executors.
• Digital assets.
• Cross-border estate planning.
• Inheritance.
• Intestacy rules.
• Codicils.

Applicants will have a minimum of 7 years experience of handling their own caseload and be able to work on their own esteem.

About you

They are looking for bright and experienced lawyers who meet the criteria below.

• 7-year PQE but other experience levels would be considered
• Further accreditations or qualifications would be an advantage
• Good commercial understanding of the legal market and business development
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and supervision skills
