Position: Senior Private Client Associate

Location: Central London (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: up to £90,000

Are you an experienced Private Client solicitor seeking a new challenge in one of London's most respected law firms? We are currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Associate to join a thriving Private Client team, with a clear path to Head of Department and potential partnership for the right individual.

The Role:

You will play a pivotal role in the firm’s Private Client practice, handling a broad range of matters including:

• Wills, trusts, and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Tax planning for UK and international clients
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Advising on complex multi-jurisdictional estates

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading on complex client files with minimal supervision
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting junior team members through mentorship and supervision
• Contributing to business development and firm strategy
• Playing an integral part in shaping the future of the Private Client department

About You:

• 6+ years PQE in Private Client law
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client-handling skills
• A proactive leader with experience in developing business and managing teams
• Motivated by long-term career progression and leadership opportunity
• STEP qualified (or working towards) highly desirable
