Senior Private Client Solicitor

Role: Private Client Solicitor
Location: Reading (with Hybrid working)
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000

CRA Legal is proud to partner with a well-established specialist law firm renowned for its expertise in Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts & Probate, Employment Law, and Dispute Resolution. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to expand its Private Client Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional to join a supportive, collaborative team with a strong reputation in the sector.

You will play a key role in managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters while supporting the Department Head and mentoring junior team members. The role offers scope for development and progression within a stable and growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage a diverse caseload including:
  • 
    Wills & Probate
  • 
    Trusts & Estate Planning
  • 
    Elderly Client Matters
  • 
    Court of Protection Applications
  • 
    Powers of Attorney
• 
  Support senior fee earners and contribute to team success
• 
  Assist in training and guiding junior colleagues as needed
• 
  Work toward agreed fee-earning targets
• 
  Ensure compliance with internal procedures and SRA regulatory requirements
• 
  Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain SRA Continuing Competence

•

  Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in Private Client work
