SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - Partnership, HOD
SOUTHEND-ON-SEA, ESSEX
£70,000 - £85,000

QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Senior Private Client Associate with scope for joint HOD and/or Partnership role at a well-established law firm in Southend, Essex.

The successful candidate will join this leading law firm, working with HNW client base which has been built upon for decades and with a great team to be overseeing.

It is important that the person to be at Senior Associate if possible with some managerial experience.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have 6+ years post-qualifying, in relevant area of practise
• Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.
• A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal

Personal attributes:

• A client-centered focus and proactively maximising client relationships
• A can-do, motivated & positive attitude
• Excellent communicator both written & oral
