Are you a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong track record in estate planning, probate, and client relationship management? We're working with a forward-thinking, regional, Legal 500 firm that's expanding its private client team and this is your chance to step into a senior role with real impact and autonomy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 5 years' PQE handling a broad range of private client matters to join a stable, supportive, and growing team.

Your Role Will Include:

- Handling complex wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, LPAs, and probate

- Advising a varied client base including high-net-worth individuals and professionals

- Playing an active part in strategy, client development, and practice growth

- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to a team culture

- Involvement in trust management and, if desired, Court of Protection work

What We're Looking For:

- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years in private client law

- Strong commercial awareness and ability to simplify complex matters for clients

- A collaborative approach with natural leadership and mentoring skills

- Confidence managing a varied and often high-value caseload

- Willingness to travel locally for client visits as required

- STEP membership (or working toward it) is desirable but not essential
