Senior Private PA

Tiger Private is searching for a Senior Personal Assistant to support two prominent tech entrepreneurs and their families within an international single-family office based in London. This role requires a highly organized and tech-savvy professional who can seamlessly manage both personal and business affairs (80/20), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across their various projects.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a fast-paced, dynamic environment with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities include managing complex travel arrangements, overseeing calendars and appointments, coordinating private events, and sourcing tickets for exclusive experiences. Additionally, the role involves managing household staff, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and working closely with the Operations Director on various projects.

Candidates must have a minimum of five years' experience in a high-pressure personal or executive assistant role, with a proven ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently. Strong organisational and critical-thinking skills, a high level of discretion, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or within a family office is essential, along with a willingness to travel occasionally.
