What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain Level 1, 2 & 3 PSA models for advanced nuclear facilities.
• Apply fault tree and event tree analysis to assess complex scenarios.
• Support risk-informed design decisions that shape the future of nuclear power.
• Deliver PSA submissions for regulatory approval and safety cases.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and represent RR SMR at technical reviews and regulator meetings.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Maths or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in Probabilistic Safety Assessment for nuclear facilities.
• Knowledge of fault trees, event trees, reliability data analysis, and hazard modelling.
• Familiarity with RiskSpectrum PSA software (Excel macros & SQL a plus).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Chartered or working towards Chartered status (preferred).
