Job Description FM & REAL ESTATE PROCUREMENT LEADER - £70,000-£90,000 + Car Allowance + Package- Directorship within 2 years - West London or Surrey

Due to exponential growth, this globally revered FTSE 100 Firm is ramping up its focus on best-practice procurement and has created a new opportunity for a rapidly developing Procurement expert to join the team. Not only will the successful candidate be the key figure in driving this high spending procurement function towards best-in-class, they will also be targeted for fast-tracked promotion to Sourcing & Procurement Director within 2 years , and be encouraged to make cross-functional moves.

As Global FM & Real Estate Procurement Leader you will drive a variety of untapped procurement categories towards best-in-class, including but not limited to Hard Services, Soft Services and Real Estate.

As FM & Real Estate Procurement Leader you will:-
Be an SME (subject matter expert) for managing complex £ Multi-Million procurement projects and FM deals
Spearhead key negotiations for an array of Hard & Soft Services including but not limited to Building, Engineering and Architectural Services, Waste, Cleaning, Catering, Grounds maintenance
‎Manage an experienced strategic FM Procurement Manager (5 years’ experience), coaching them in best in class and conducting appraisals to motivate them to usurp your position as you progress to Procurement Directorship
‎Collaborate with an executive stakeholder community including CFO and CEO level to win and sustain crucial buy in for FM Procurement
Be a pivotal player in positioning Procurement more strategically within the matrix environment

Required experience and background:-
Impressive track record of successfully managing high value strategic FM procurement contr‎acts, with a CV that clearly details spends managed and savings achieved
Career of progression (such as Buyer to Senior Buyer to Procurement Manager to Category Manager within a short space of time)
Degree & MCIPS preferred
