As a Senior Product Analyst within the Business Lending Products team, you will play a key role in managing, monitoring and reporting the business lending product set in line with our product governance and regulatory reporting requirements. Working in a fast-paced environment you will support customers to grow by delivering rewarding lending propositions that meet the evolving needs of UK businesses.

 

With a curious mindset, you will proactively apply strong analytical skills to interrogate data and processes, generating insights that deepen understanding of customer behaviour and product performance. This will inform clear actions to support, enhance and develop our products and propositions.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at our Glasgow office. Responsibilities

 

What you’ll be doing

 

The Business Lending Products team, is a dynamic, innovative, and growing function responsible for developing, implementing, managing, monitoring, and reporting on the Business Lending product suite. 

 

Operating across the end-to-end product lifecycle, the team plays a critical role in ensuring products remain fit for purpose for customers and aligned to regulatory standards. We set high standards, ensuring every decision starts and finishes with the customer in mind, challenging the status quo and delivering at pace and with quality.

 

We are on an exciting journey to build our Business Banking proposition to better serve UK businesses. With the customer at the heart of everything we do, you will be part of a committed team focused on managing Business Lending products that support businesses to start, grow, and flourish. 


 

About you

 

As a minimum you’ll have: 

 

  • Experience of working with financial products
  • The ability to use data and analytical skills to drive insight, recommendations and actions
  • Experience in balancing multiple objectives and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and able to effectively present insight
  • A good understanding of policy or regulations within financial services setting
