Senior Product Designer

Senior UX/Product Designer required (B2C, Series C renowned Wellness/Nutrition company) - Central London - £80,000 - £90,000

Role details:

Full ownership across all things UX and Product Design, with complete control over the decision-making authority. Timing wise, it's perfect - Your arrival comes at a crucial juncture, as your expertise will be pivotal in shaping and delivering the roadmap for 2024/2025.

A UX/Design guru, you'll push the boundaries via what's next - Multi-product, multi subscription, international expansion, growing your team etc.

Additionally, you will serve as a key strategic player within our senior leadership team, ensuring alignment and synergy across all departments.

Note - Whilst this is a strategic role, whilst you grow your team, you will be required to be 'semi' hands on, defining and iterating on key, digital product designs.

Snapshot of what you'll be doing:

•Design, manage and execute multiple product initiatives at a time, from kick-off through to the launch and post-release improvements
•Ensuring products are truly user-centric - 'Build it, own it'
• Create functional, yet unique, memorable user interfaces
• Recruit and build Design/UX team members - Make it your dream team!

Who is my client looking for?

Must have - Proven track record of successful, Product Design/UX, in B2C environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
No ego!
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to lead an inspire other team members
Passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Further details:

Location: Central London (Hybrid working arrangement), with occasional travel to Berlin
Basic Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 (Negotiable for the right person)
