Your Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product development process across underwear, bras, and swimwear – from concept through to production
• Collaborate closely with design, garment technology, and pattern making to ensure fit, construction, and functionality meet snuggs standards
• Create and manage tech packs, measurement specs, and development documentation in PLM systems
• Oversee sample development and conduct fit sessions, gathering feedback and ensuring timely adjustments
• Manage product costing and ensure products are delivered within budget, quality, and timeline targets
• Partner with suppliers and factories to support innovation, quality, and efficiency improvements
• Ensure product quality, testing, and performance evaluation to meet customer expectations

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in product development within apparel/intimates/swimwear
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept to final sample
• Solid technical knowledge of garment construction, fit, and materials, with experience in tech packs and costing
• Skilled in coordinating fit sessions and translating design intent into production-ready products
• Confident working cross-functionally with design, garment technology, and sourcing teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and timeline management skills
• Fluent in English (German or Czech a plus)
