Senior Product Development Engineer

EXCLUSIVE ROLE: Chroma Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Product Development Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative industrial products within a manufacturing environment.

This role will see you designing mechanical systems, carrying out FEA analysis, leading prototype development, and supporting products through to manufacture.

Key Responsibilities:

Design complex mechanical systems using SolidWorks
Carry out FEA analysis and product validation
Lead prototype builds, testing and DFMEA activities
Produce manufacturing drawings and technical documentation
Mentor junior engineers and work with cross-functional teams
Experience Required:

Previous experience in a Senior Product Development or Mechanical Design role
Strong SolidWorks and FEA experience
Knowledge of machinery safety standards and CE marking
Background in industrial machinery, automation or manufacturing
