We're Hiring: Senior Product Development Manager
Bristol (Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office)
£60,000 - £70,000 + benefits

What you'll do:

Own and lead the strategy for our platform's future development

Champion innovation in digital-first wealth management

Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams

Bring market insight and competitive intelligence to life

Influence take-to-market strategy and external messaging

Represent at industry forums and with key stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement across our product development framework

What you'll bring:

Significant experience in the wealth management or financial services sector

A strong track record of delivering innovative, data-led, digital propositions

Clear strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at all levels
