Key Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager

Based at their Engineering & Manufacturing UK HQ near Luton, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:

• Product Strategy & Roadmaps: Lead the development and execution of NPI/NPD roadmaps aligned with global business objectives.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects to bring new physical products to market.
• Financial Oversight: Support P&L management through margin analysis, cost control, and business case development.
• Team Leadership: Mentor Product Managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Deliver insights that shape product direction and commercial strategy.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Engineering or Business Management
• Proven experience managing physical engineered or manufactured products
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with NPD, SIOP, and Engineering Change processes
