This is their second venture together; their first was acquired by a US private equity firm and went on to become a billion-dollar company and a household name in professional service firms across the world. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of at least one product, driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution. Leveraging your deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, you will work cross-functionally to develop products that exceed our customers' expectations and further solidify our position in the market.

You'll get to...

• Develop and articulate compelling product strategies and visions, grounded in deep market and user understanding.

• Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder expectations.

• Collaborate with multiple teams, including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.

• Engage with users to gather feedback and insights, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and pain points to guide product development.

• Define, monitor, and analyse product metrics, using insights to drive product improvements and influence strategy.

• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continual learning.

You'll thrive in this role if...

• You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. 0-1 product experience is a plus.

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly and persuasively.

• You have proven experience in developing customer-centric products, with a good understanding of UX/UI principles.

• You have demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience steering cross-functional teams to success.

• You work well in collaborative environments, fostering positive relationships with team members.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to change and driving results under tight deadlines.
