A fast-growing automotive brand with global ambitions is seeking a Product Launch Manager to lead the introduction of new vehicle models in the UK. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and delivering high-impact market entries.

About the Role

As Product Launch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of new model launches. You’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Training, and PR to ensure each launch is delivered on time, on brand, and with maximum market impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning for all new model launches
• Manage go-to-market strategies, timelines, and critical path activities
• Oversee compliance processes including MVRIS and homologation
• Support the development of product content, brochures, and training materials
• Contribute to pricing, positioning, and residual value strategy
• Coordinate product photography, filming, and media assets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform launch strategy

• Proven experience in product or launch management within the automotive or EV sector
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with UK automotive regulations and launch processes
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
