Salary is negotiable depending on experience

The Company

My client is an established bank who are experiencing an exciting period of growth and transformation.

They are headquartered in Birmingham City Centre. The expectation is that you are on-site 1 day a week initially.

The Role

As the Senior Product Owner, you will lead the continuous improvement of Online & Mobile Banking channels ensuring the order of feature improvement is consistent with strategic ambitions of customer-centred development.

You will be accountable for quality control relating to feature developments, gaining stakeholder sign-off, and have ultimate responsibility for all requirements whilst working very closely with the customer experience team.

You will ensure future developments are in line with customer needs, and commercial appetite, and support the bank's growth strategy across all product lines which includes transactional banking, payments, lending, and digital banking.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Manager operating at senior level.
• Must have previous Product Development experience within a Banking / Financial Services environment.
• Knowledge of Agile product development lifecycle.
• Extensive experience working with Digital products.
