From clever prototype to serious production — this is where you come in. Our clients products are highly technical, their ambitions are even bigger. They now need a Senior Production Engineer who can take what works in a development environment and turn it into a robust, repeatable and scalable production operation.

And this is where it gets interesting...

You won’t be walking into a finished manufacturing process and simply keeping it running. You’ll be shaping it. From the equipment and automation through to test, calibration, assembly methods and production readiness, you’ll have a major influence on how the product moves from engineering concept to something that can be produced consistently and at increasing volume.

Root cause, reliability & continuous improvementYou’ll be the person people turn to when something isn’t working properly — whether that’s a technical fault, unreliable test result, inefficient process or recurring production issue.

And you’ll have the autonomy to find the root cause, engineer the solution and make the improvement stick.

WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A technically strong engineer who can operate comfortably at both ends of the spectrum.
Someone who can dive into schematics, PCBs, instrumentation, firmware and robotics one minute…and then step back and think about process capability, people, production flow and scalability the next.
You’ll ideally have a degree or equivalent engineering background and a proven track record within complex product manufacturing, NPI or production engineering.YOUR REWARDS
