Job Description - Senior Project Administrator

Senior Project Administrator
Location: Exeter
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm, Fridays 8.00am-4.00pm

About the Company:
We are a reputable manufacturing leader in Devon, specialising in guiding clients through every stage of the production process-from concept to completion. Our Exeter site is where the magic happens, and we're looking for a dedicated Senior Project Administrator to join our small, vibrant team!

Your Role:
You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Order Administration: Handle order entry, send confirmations, and manage stock levels.
  • Delivery Management: Keep track of late deliveries and provide timely updates to customers.
  • New Product Coordination: Work with relevant departments to introduce new products smoothly.
  • Invoice Processing: Raise and manage customer sales invoices, ensuring accuracy.
  • General Office Duties: Assist with phone inquiries, filing, and archiving as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A motivated and hardworking attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with a manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workloads effectively.
  • A knack for working under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • A keen attention to detail and a great sense of humour!
