The agency

This full service events and comms agency work with well known global brands, in a wide range of sectors, to deliver large scale events and experiences. From large scale congresses for 1000's to stand alone meetings for 500 delegates, with logistically complex elements they work worldwide in some fantastic destinations.

The role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Coordinator join their event operation team and be responsible for supporting the entire project from initial concept to on-site event delivery. This could be event registration, sending out delegate invites, supporting with supplier management, venue finding and on-site event support!

About you

We are looking for relevant events industry experience as a Project or Event Coordinator with experience in the delivery of corporate events. You will be highly organised, have excellent administration and project management skills and be keen to work on events on an international scale. Cvent or other technology software is desirable and this role is 3 days a week in the office. Amazing career opportunity!
