Job DescriptionSenior Project Engineer - Hydrogen Developer Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on pivotal Blue and Green Hydrogen projects across the UK. This role will support our Head of Green Hydrogen in driving forward new green hydrogen initiatives as well as ongoing blue hydrogen projects.Key Responsibilities:Project Development and Coordination:Lead and support the development of Green Hydrogen projects, including key initiatives such as HAR2.Assist in meeting government funding deadlines, ensuring projects align with required milestones.Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Work closely with internal and external project teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring cohesive work across cross-functional teams.Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including refineries and government bodies, facilitating effective communication and project alignment.Technical Expertise and Project Support:Utilize extensive engineering knowledge with a focus on green hydrogen technologies to support project feasibility and planning.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, applying problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges.Contribute to project deliverables, aligning with strategic goals and providing valuable insights during the project planning phase.Required Experience:Technical and Project Management Expertise:Strong engineering background with proven expertise in project management and engineering principles.Significant experience in green hydrogen projects, with a comprehensive understanding of the industry's landscape.Familiarity with government funding processes and hydrogen-specific compliance standards.Communication and Collaboration Skills:Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proven experience in feasibility assessments and project planning within the green hydrogen sector.Proficiency in project documentation, technical specifications, and report generation.Application Process: If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please reach out to [email protected] or apply below.
