The company are a world leading engineering business, recognised as being at the forefront of industry. Due to the retirement of a longstanding employee, they are now looking for a plant / operations manager to take the site forward.

In this role you will lead and coordinate a range of high value engineering projects, whilst overseeing a team of project engineers. Projects include industrial gas installations, cryogenic systems and plant work.

The ideal candidate will have experience of cost management, estimating works and design experience, with a background in leading teams.

The Role:

• Project Team Leader
• Oversee a team of project engineers
• Manage project delivery and budgets
• Oversee project completion
• 9 direct reports across the UK

The Person:

• Experience leading project teams
• Cost management experience
• Full uk driving license
• Looking to join a leading business.
